The main elements of the classes consist of:
- Pool entry
- Upper and lower body warm up
- Wall practices
- Aqua yoga sequences
- Aqua yoga walks
- Glides
- Aqua natal pelvic floor toning
- Focus on breathing- baby can hear from 18 weeks- so communicate with your little one
- Group aqua natal
- Floatation & relaxation
All of the above can be practised individually, in pairs or as a group
